Every Ontario Corporation must keep its corporate records up-to-date with the Ontario registries office. You must notify the Ontario Corporate Registry Office of any change to your corporation's registered office address (for ex., if the corporation moves) within 15 days following the change. You can also provide an additional address, if there is one.

If your corporation is not keeping its corporate records up-to-date, they will assume that your company is not operating and they will take steps to dissolve it (that is legally end its existence). Dissolution can have serious repercussions, including not having the legal capacity to conduct business.
